Our wonderland!

We want to tell you about our wonderful place in Lapland. We have a little cottage village in Pello. We have 4 lovely cottages where there are saunas and toilets in all cottages. Here we welcome all of our guests equally. Everyone is important to us and we serve them hospitable and thoughtful. If you want to experience the miracle of Lapland with Lappish family, this place is for you! Here you get to enjoy silence and real nature.

In winter we can offer our customers many different kind of activities. Every guest can tell us what they want to see and experience so our job is to make your trip unforgettable. Through us you can book husky-safaris, snowmobile-safaris and reindeer-safaris. If you need some equipment we can offer you snowshoe rental, cloth rental, ski rental and transportation for small groups. We can do something together and book all activities for you and you can enjoy them yourself.

In winter here is a lot of snow and frost. Silence is mesmerizing! Here you can try hot tub in cold weather. A big barrel will be filled with water and water will be warmed to + 38-40 °C and you can be there whole night if you want. You can watch the stars or enjoy northern lights if possible. We can take you to snowmobile-sledge ride to the woods and we can grill sausages and enjoy nature there! We offer you unique experiences! All it needs is that you tell us your wishes!

Here in Lapland we have four real seasons and they appear clearly! Real winter when there is frost and snow, Real spring when sun is shining and hard snow and snow starts to melt soon, Real summer and Real autumn when forests colored with different colors!

Rovaniemi is just 100 km away and there you can find Santa Claus in his village and take pictures with him and visit his park nearby. If you want to go downhill skiing there is a good opportunity for that, Ritavalkea-ski is just 6 km from Pello. In Sweden there is also one downhill skiing center but there is 26 km.

In summer it is fishing season, which lasts for start of June to end of July. From us you can rent a boat and guide for you so you can try your luck to catch the king of Tornio River, SALMON! It will be great experience. Here you can clean your catch and you can put its meat in vacuum package and take souvenirs back home. Near the end of summer, berries are getting ripen and forests are full of them. You can find cowberry, blueberry and cloudberry.

You can find a lot of animals like roe, reindeer and moose which are very common in our forests. Of course the wild nature offers you unforgettable experiences and beautiful scenery. We have a real Lappish hut where you can grill sausages and marshmallows and enjoy the fire.
